APS series membrane air vibration isolator



AISTECH's APS membrane air vibration isolator is an air vibration isolator with low center of gravity, low natural frequency, automatic leveling, adjustable damping and other functions;

The design includes dual air chambers (a spring chamber and a damping chamber). In the design of this structure, the damping chamber is separated from the spring chamber, and the throttle valve and the air tube are connected as a whole through an air pipe connection. The spring damping can be changed by adjusting the throttle valve. Up to 25% of the vertical damping can be changed. The safety valve between the cover plate and the diaphragm vibration isolation spring body can release the pressure when the internal pressure of the spring is too large.

The standard diaphragm type vibration isolation spring body is made of die-cast aluminum. For the vibration isolation type used in special occasions, antimagnetic materials such as stainless steel can be provided.

The APS membrane air vibration isolator is a basic type of vibration isolator, which can reduce the natural frequency by increasing the volume of the additional air chamber, thereby greatly reducing the resonance time of the vibration equipment; APS membrane air vibration isolators are widely used The application is in automobile engine platform vibration isolation, optical platform vibration isolation, three-coordinate vibration isolation, precision machine tool vibration isolation, semiconductor equipment vibration isolation, gearbox testing platform vibration isolation, and so on.

There are a total of 12 standard models of APS membrane air vibration isolators, from the smallest APS120 to the larger APS800, carrying capacity from 0.5KN to 400KN, and natural frequency from 2.5HZ to 0.5HZ;
