Commercial Vehicle Dynamometer Test Bench
Air Isolation System Retrofit

This project was carried out for a commercial vehicle dynamometer test bench at a leading laboratory in China. Due to the heavy equipment loads, complex operating conditions, and long-term testing requirements, the test bench demanded higher performance in foundation vibration isolation, operational stability, and environmental consistency.

AISTECH upgraded the original support and vibration isolation system with APS membrane-type air isolators. By combining pneumatic elastic support with precise leveling control, the retrofit significantly improves vibration isolation performance and dynamic stability during operation.

The upgraded system provides a more stable and reliable testing foundation for commercial vehicle powertrain and full-vehicle testing.

To date, AISTECH has completed hundreds of similar air isolation system retrofit projects for laboratory applications.
