High-Load Air Vibration Isolation System for Large Durability Test Benches

This project is designed for a four-poster component durability test bench, where vibration transmission control, foundation disturbance reduction, and horizontal stability are critical during operation. The system adopts eight sets of GBS strap-type air isolators to build a high-load-capacity and highly stable floating foundation vibration isolation system.

By combining air spring support with a precision leveling control unit, the system provides stable support, automatic leveling, and real-time operating status monitoring for the entire floating foundation. It creates a reliable vibration-isolated foundation environment for large-scale durability testing equipment.

1. Stable Support for Heavy-Load Equipment

GBS strap-type air isolators are suitable for large test benches, heavy equipment foundations, and high-mass floating foundation systems. In this project, eight sets of isolators jointly support a floating foundation of approximately 180 tons, meeting the load-bearing and long-term stability requirements of large durability test benches.

2. Precision Leveling Control

The system is equipped with a precision leveling control unit to maintain the horizontal position of the entire floating foundation. This ensures stable foundation posture during test bench operation and provides a solid basis for consistent durability test data.

3. Real-Time Height and Pressure Monitoring

The system can monitor isolator height changes and internal pressure variations in real time, allowing operators to track equipment status, identify abnormal trends in time, and improve maintenance efficiency and operational safety.

4. Effective Isolation of Foundation Vibration Transmission

The air vibration isolation system reduces the impact of vibration generated by large test equipment on building structures and the surrounding environment. It also minimizes external vibration interference to the test bench foundation, improving the stability of the testing environment.
