This project is designed for a four-poster component durability test bench, where vibration transmission control, foundation disturbance reduction, and horizontal stability are critical during operation. The system adopts eight sets of GBS strap-type air isolators to build a high-load-capacity and highly stable floating foundation vibration isolation system.

By combining air spring support with a precision leveling control unit, the system provides stable support, automatic leveling, and real-time operating status monitoring for the entire floating foundation. It creates a reliable vibration-isolated foundation environment for large-scale durability testing equipment.

GBS strap-type air isolators are suitable for large test benches, heavy equipment foundations, and high-mass floating foundation systems. In this project, eight sets of isolators jointly support a floating foundation of approximately 180 tons, meeting the load-bearing and long-term stability requirements of large durability test benches.
