This project is applied to an automotive rear axle and powertrain test platform, mainly used to simulate performance testing under real operating conditions. The test bench uses multiple motor drives and an energy recovery system to achieve dynamic load simulation, while sensors monitor key parameters in real time to ensure stable, accurate, and reliable testing.
 

During testing, the rear axle assembly is installed on the drive axle test bench according to its normal assembly state. The system can perform tests based on different operating conditions, such as low-speed high-torque operation, high-speed low-torque operation, and periodic alternating load operation. To meet the requirements for foundation stability and vibration control in high-precision testing, this project adopts 40 sets of APS membrane-type air isolators and a cross-layout design to create a stable and reliable vibration isolation platform.
